Why choose coaching? Coaching is a highly individualized approach to achieving health goals. No two people have the same body, needs, or life. Coaching is all about creating the support and having the accountability you need to cultivate habits that support your health, body, and goals to experience SUSTAINED success.

  • During a session you can expect to learn new ways to be healthy and accountability check-ins. If you aren't meeting your weekly goals, you won't meet your big goals. Together we uncover stumbling blocks and find solutions that work for you. We will constantly evaluate where we are in your journey to make sure we stay in alignment with your goals.

    1:1 coaching comes with open communication between sessions, support on meal plans and workout routines/schedules, strength training program (if desired), up to 1 session weekly. Sessions last anywhere between 15 - 45 minutes.

  • Accountability Accountability Accountability. What's better than 1 coach to hold you accountable?? A group of people to hold you accountable! If you have a team at work or a group of friends that share a vision to becoming healthier versions of themselves - then this is for you.

    Group sessions look a little different than 1:1. In a group setting it's imperative that we are as efficient as possible. Laser coaching is a way to dive in very quickly and very effectively to trouble shoot un-met commitments and create solutions to helping you achieve your short and long term goals. Each person in the group will get an opportunity to discuss their weekly accomplishments and challenges. Groups can be a powerful way to keep your goals front and center as you live your life aligned with your ultimate goals. Groups are expected to be in communications between sessions with your coach.

  • Helping couple's achieve their health goals is very similar to 1:1 coaching with a huge bonus of having a built in accountability partner plus guidance on how best to support your partner through the journey.

  • Individualized yoga flows suited to client's needs. Power, Restorative, Vinyasa.

    Yoga helps with strength, mobility, mindfulness, and coordination.

    Yoga is for everybody and every body.

    Private instruction allows for hands-on, tailored sessions.

    $60 for a private session or a couple

  • Virtual yoga is a convenient way to get tailored yoga just for you (or your group). As long as I can see you and you can see me, that’s all the equipment your need. These are zoom sessions.

    Rates: $60 for an individual or couple

    $15 per person in a group of 3 or more

    $10 per person for groups larger than 7
